Alex is a Director at PEI, having joined at the launch of the firm in 2022. Alex has worked with the team since 2015 in previous roles at Cantor Fitzgerald and Jefferies. Alex has supported clients on a broad range of transactions across the investment banking product offering in his career, including M&A (sellside and buyside), equity and debt financings, strategic advisory and restructuring processes.
