Matthew Cox

Matt is a Managing Director with PEI, having joined the practice in 2024. Matt has nearly 20 years of investment banking experience and over 30 years of power industry experience. He spent eleven years at Deutsche Bank in NYC where he was a Managing Director in commodities, structure finance and project finance roles. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Matt spent fourteen years in the PSEG family of companies in commodities and engineering roles.
