Steve is a Managing Director with PEI, having joined at the launch of the firm in 2022. Steve was most recently an Executive Vice President with CSG Investments Inc., an affiliate of Beal Bank of Dallas, Texas, where he led or participated in over $6 billion in primary and secondary market loan transactions over 18 years. Prior to CSG Investments, Steve worked in the power generation sector in roles including greenfield project development, M&A, Project Finance and commercial operations, most recently with NRG Energy as Executive Director/Business Development and before that with Smith Cogeneration, Inc. as Senior Vice President.
